Seafoam is part of a series of illustrative artworks.
These smaller pieces are part of my wider ideation process, with themes often crossing from illustration to painting and back again. These illustrations are drawn and redrawn – then traced and retraced until every line is in the perfect place. They are then painstakingly transferred by hand to the board for their final iteration. Although they are stylistically different from my oil paintings, they still inhabit the same quiet, still world.
