This fine art print is a reproduction of an original oil painting. ‘Altar’ is a collection of objects inherited, foraged, salvaged and made over four generations. It is a human trait to to make meaning out of the meaningless, and the arrangements in all my still life paintings are laden with meaning both real and imagined. They capture moments of quiet beauty, weaving together memories, objects, stories and myths – exploring what it is to be a human, a family member, and an observer of the world.
